Dear IGP...

Your recent statement is appalling to me. What society would perceive of you if the charges of negligence are brought to Nurins already grieving parents? Simply bad judgment. I do understand that you are trying to do your job. But let me remind you that there are other things that you have efficiently neglected as well.

Why after is it only after a third victim is found dead in a bag that you want to act aggressively to find this animal at large? Why can't you act immediately upon knowing there is a similarity between 2 earlier victims? Now that would have been a good judgment. Now you have called on the probability on pressing charges to Nurin's parents. Can we the people press charges against you for negligence as well? Since it took you such a long time to act on finding this serial molester turned murderer than it can be said as negligence also right?

The gravity of your negligence far out weigh the negligence of the deceased parents (if there is any). Why you ask? Because it is you, who is given the task and have taken an oath to protect and serve the people. Bersih, Cekap, Amanah.....you have violated all 3 here.

You are no longer clean since you made such a statement which has tainted your public image. Cekap? After the third case which now involves murder only you want to act? Efficient indeed~ Amanah? Definitely far from it because you have betrayed the people that you swore to protect by taking your own sweet time in handling the matter that has now increased the victim count to three and allowing such animal loose in our streets.

I wait with bated breath to see if the count climbs to 4 sexually molested victims. All the better if the death count notches one up.... if that either one or both happens I implore and plead to the rest of the public to press charges against you for negligence. So Tan Sri Musa Hassan, we are the people....we have every single bloody right.
